Your registration process is about to begin.  Your account creation will be saved to complete at another time if needed.  To complete your registration in totality, however, you will need:

• Family Pediatrician’s Name and Phone Number

• Family Health Insurance Group and Policy Number

• If your child was not Baptized in Ames, and is enrolling in Sacrament Preparation for First Communion/Reconciliation or Confirmation, you will need to provide their parish and (approximate) date of Baptism, or upload a copy of their Baptism Certificate in their Student Profile.

• We have a family maximum of $300.  If you are a catechist, registration is free before July 1.  Please contact Anna Kaminski at faithformation@stceciliaparish.org for your discount code before starting registration because...

• Your cart will NOT be saved longer than 24 hours.  Please be sure to complete registration all the way through check out.  You will know that you've completed registration because you will receive an email immediately from FaithEnroll with the subject "Order Receipt."  Please contact Anna with any troubles. 

• Your child's faith journey is so important to us!  Thank you for your patience during heavy registration traffic in June and September.  When in doubt, please call the office at 515-232-3514 or stop by between 8am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
